Not sure what the problem is here but this recording is seriously flawed. Lots of digi(?) noise, pops, crackles etc. Try the audience recording.
This was a great run of shows. I caught all 4 nights and, at this show, won tix to NYE playing volleyball against Bill Graham and his staff. Already having NYE tix, I was contacted by a well known bay area taper who offered 40 Dead tapes from his collection(my choice) for one of my extras. I instantly became a tape collector and never looked back.

Great Show - Bad Recording - Better Version at server 26
This show ranks as one of my favorites - The Scarlet just cooks and Jerry rocks The Cold Rain opener. The sound on this board is aall screwed up. There is clipping and static in the high and low ranges. It is in stereo and the mix is totally inconssistent - I don't know what the problem is but I wouldnot recommend downloading it. Download the scarlet and during the transition jam you'll see exactly what I am talking about. There is an audience version with good reviews (audio.26.org) which I am d/l'ng as I write this so I would say start there - not there.
